Registering and Registration forms


If you are an 18+ year old competent climber you will need to register with us when you first visit the centre.  You can complete these documents in the centre or online right here by following the steps below.

If you are an under 18 year old competent climber, please read our Youth Policy for more information about Under 18 Unsupervised Assessments. Please do not complete this registration form.

Step 1 – Terms & Conditions

Firstly you’ll also need read the centre Conditions of Use and Rules which are available below.  Please read them, we will quiz you on them and you will have to sign to say you have read and understood them.

Step 2 – Registration/ Waiver Forms

Secondly click on the link to our Online Registration System.  Please answer all the questions carefully and follow the instructions to enable you to electronically sign the document.  This information will then feed into our registration system at the centre.

Please note that your form will be automatically deleted if you don’t visit the centre within 60 days.

If you are going to climb regularly it would make sense to pay our £7.50 annual registration fee which entitles you to registered climber rates.  If you are a visitor then you can always climb as a guest climber and pay guest climber rates.

Step 3 – Visit the Centre!

We will complete the registration process on your first visit to the centre. This will involve our staff checking your Registration Form and an instructor checking that you are at the level of competency that you described. Depending on the time of day, this normally takes around ten minutes. We look forward to seeing you soon
