Coaching is one of the most effective ways to climb harder and stronger whilst improving your technique and achieving your long term climbing goals. It is effective for everyone whether you are a relative beginner looking to start out with the best possible technique or an elite climber wanting to train for substantial goals. Coaching can improve your climb fitness and help ensure you climb with the best technique. Our coaching programmes are devised by our in- house coaching team which includes our Senior Instructor, Mikey Cleverdon, who has many years’ experience as an elite coaching the South West training South West and GB team climbers. The coaching team has a wealth of experience, both practical and theoretical, that can help you improve your technique and your grade as well as opening up new routes for you to enjoy! Evidence shows that as little as a one hour session with a coach can make a significant different to your climbing style and your grade. We offer a range of coaching programmes from one to one sessions to longer 5 or 6 week programmes and always deliver a training programme with our coached sessions so that participants can put their training into practice in their own climbing between sessions.
